At Fabcartz, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fabcartz account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
